Building Your Best Life

From WITHIN your HEART, your VISION as your Inner Pathway

The Weather Report – inspiration is in the forecast.

Each day I am blessed to have the time and opportunity to read my emails… most are inspirational… for I really need the outside perspective that fuels my soul.

As I live in this time of challenge, change and transition every ounce of encouragement is food for my soul.

Today I applaud Mac Anderson of Simple Truths for the new book and lovely poem, movie, DVD and book he has birthed. Learning to Dance in the Rain.

His story is filled with life of miracle upon miracle from what we would probably call hardship… our outside looking in perspective. But from the inside the person whose story he tells doesn’t see it that way.

The truth is it is how we see it that matters, that counts and creates our life experiences.

I invite you to view the short movie as I did… it changed my perspective of today and hopefully all my tomorrows.

What kind of support are you looking for? Each one of always knows where we are and what we feel is missing.

Sarah Breathnach sends us the message “When we choose NOT to focus on what is missing from our lives but ae grateful for the abundance that’s present…we experience heaven on earth.”

I hope you are experiencing heaven on earth.

Your thoughts, questions are appreciated. If I can help you please email me. You can find contact information on the contact page.

Wayne Dyer is one of my most favorite mentors. Today I give my time, attention and acknowledgement to the power of his latest work… Excuses Begone!

As I recoup from oral surgery… what could be better? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Building Your Best Life begins WITHIN

From the very beginning of my own journey of finding my life path, knowing who I am and what I wanted began as a very procosious child. I knew, and still know that my creativity is what fuels my soul.

When I am in environments that are not stimulating I immediately feel drained, down, even depressed. I feel that depression is almost always from environmental conditioning. Either from the physical space itself or the people surrounding who do not honor, acknowledge or appreciate us, the others around them.

I know you know what I mean. You too have had this kind of experiences.

When we are in the company of others who always complain, talk about the politics or religion or even their work, kids or neighbors… something is always wrong.

And BOOMERANG something else happens to both you and them to bring more bad feelings forth. You feel helpless to change the situation or circumstances… STUCK and more stuck.

The ONLY way to change the situation is to separate yourself from the situation. GET OUT. Take off, walk out, take a drive, move – something. WHATEVER it takes.

I know and use the white light, the protective bubble, and other boundaries techniques. I know and use turn it around, think a different thought, send white light, say Thank You for the experience… and each of these are great practices… and in the end I usually still feel ucky… for a time. Refreshed with a bath is usally my best clearing method. Water cleanses best. Try it. You can’t get out of a bath or shower feeling the same way as when you went in.  Breathe deep and blow out the feelings … turn on your favorite music, let is enhance and change the vibration in the space, sing along. You will feel better. I know I do.

Taking the time and space to refresh, to feel, know and see the perfection of the experience, the lessons before you is where the real gift is… FROM WITHIN.

This an other techniques for supporting yourself through the everyday life experiences is what Building Your Best Life is about. You Build it one moment at a time… be here NOW, nowhere else, now here!

Until next time,

I could not have said it better – Best Intentions for Building Your Best Life

I write something almost every day, today I read and found that I could not have said it better. The following is one of the very best ways to implement the core steps in Building Your Best Life.

Outlining Your Intentions
Making a List of What You Want
The universe is aware of both the concrete goals we actively pursue and the nebulous dreams we have not yet begun to refine. Neither our struggles nor the daydreams that inspire us are beyond the range of universal perception. Yet to manifest our aspirations, we not only need to know what it is we generally wish to achieve; we also need to clearly articulate these aims to ourselves and the universe. When we create a list of what we want, citing each item in as much detail as possible, our aspirations take on new substance. What was once a mere wish becomes real and achievable when put into words. As you pour the contents of your heart and soul into your list, your well-defined ambitions become a part of you, and the universe responds to your new determination by placing opportunities related to your objectives in your path.

Whatever the nature of your desires, your list can help you channel your intellectual and emotional power into your efforts to realize them. The list you create should not simply be a record of your individual goals. Rather, it should be a comprehensive, exhaustive catalog of each target you want to reach and your reasons for aiming for them. This may mean that your list will encompass many pages of text, since when you write down and review your ambitions, you empower yourself to more accurately direct your goal-realization efforts. You then also have a framework in place that helps you distinguish success from setbacks. If you keep your list in a convenient spot and review it daily, you will inadvertently reaffirm your conviction to your aspirations, demonstrating to the universe that you are truly devoted to your chosen path while keeping your objectives fresh in your mind. If you have an altar, this would be a great place to keep your list.

As you compose your list, try not to edit or judge what you have written. Some of what you want may seem outlandish when considered in the context of your current circumstances. Whether you are destined to fulfill the items on the unique long-term agenda you create in a year, 10 years, or 20 years, if you are free with your ideas and understand that you may not bring these dreams into the realm of reality for some time, your list will attract the universe’s benevolence even as it energizes and inspires you.

When you are ready to take action, don’t forget that having the support you deserve to help you stay on track and be held accountable is the best way to achieve your desires. Life coaching is my craft, my passion and purpose. Without you to assist, my list is unfulfilled.

A simple comment can bring help into your life journey. Let’s Build Your Best Life together. Where two or more are gathered… magical things happen.

Mentors and Mentees – being guided

I love it when I receive great emails with exactly what I would like to say – but they said it so eloquently that all I have to do is share. Today I received such a message.

On the way to success, which path are you taking:

‘The Silver-Platter – handed to you success or

The Inch-by-Inch Path.
At the other end of the spectrum, we have people who feel they must battle and scrape their way to success. Maybe they were told that they don’t deserve success. Maybe their family or friends said:
“Who do you think you are–you think you’re better than us?” It’s almost like these people NEED to show deep battle scars if they succeed. Then they can say “Hey, I paid the worst of prices for where I got!” I guess it’s good that they succeed, but I doubt they’ll ever enjoy their success.’

This is the one I most relate to… yes, I took the inch-by-inch road less traveled, the back roads, the unpaved route…

The Stepping-Stone Path.
It’s for those of us who weren’t handed success on a silver platter. It’s also for those of us who are not trying to make some statement about how many pints of blood we lost on the way to our goals.

This is the path for people who know that success will take some work, but we want to use every common-sense advantage we can along the way.

We’re very interested in becoming successful, but have no interest in making success harder than it needs to be.”

As we continue down the path, chosen and traveled, are you traveling alone or have you found your mentors to help guide the way.

With over thirty years of road trips I have a unique perspective about how to take the journey, where to start, how to proceed, what to share and how to guide. You, yes YOU are the reason I have taken this journey. For being able to help others along the way is my passion and my purpose. You don’t have to do it alone you know.

I am here, with guidance, assistance, listening, supporting and helping pave the way for the road you choose. You will find the support you desire and deserve.

My coaching is personal, still one-on-one and at very affordable prices. In fact, you can choose your own rate. I know that we often need to be flexible and giving especially in times like these.

If you are searching for your way, traveling without a map and want a guide, you have come to the right place.

I am here, for you.
Veronica,
where Building Your Best Life is providing the vision, foundation and structures to build a life that has more meaning and value, the life you truly want to live.

Your comment or email will get my attention and your response that will take you to the levels of success you dream of.

Thank you, until next time… stop, look and listen… the road ahead is open for your journey.
